About GW Instruments
GW Instruments was founded in 1984
by Glenn Weinreb, who foresaw the revolutionary
changes brought to laboratory computing by the personal computer. Between 1984 and 1986,
the company was actually run from a dormitory room at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

The i240 USB instruNet Controller connects a Windows computer to an instruNet network via the USB High Speed bus. An instruNet network consists of i4xx Card Cages and i100 boxes which are daisy-chained together. The i240 requires an external power supply (e.g. iNet-312.8, sold separately) and a computer with one free Usb ≥ 2.0 High Speed (480M) port. Click here for more information on the iNet-240.
The Model i312 Power Supply provides +5, -12 and +12 Volt regulated DC power to instruNet i2x0/i100/i4xx/i555 products. Click here for more information on the iNet-312.8 and the iNet-312.8eu.
The instruNet i555 starter systems provides the following features: 16se/8di analog inputs (expandable to 256 channels) with ±5V through ±10mV range, 4 analog output channels, and 4 digital I/O bits. Click here for more information on the iNet-555 and the iNet-555.eu.
The instruNet i420 card provides 20se/10di analog input channels with ±10V through ±20mV range. All i42x/i43x cards are compatible with Excel, C, Visual BASIC, LabVIEW, DASYLab and MATLAB software, as described here. For i420 details, click here.
The instruNet i60x is a Tiny USB Data Acquisition System with 16se/8di Channels and an extremely accurate 24-bit A/D Converter that connects sensors directly to a Windows Computer.
